To Cheese Cake LOVERS...
My little way of baking Pt2....
Prepare these.....
___CAKE BATTER___
1. Cream Cheese, 500g
2. Castor sugar, 175 g
3. Cornstarch powder, 3 Tbsp (heaps full)
4. Eggs, 3
5. Lemon juice, 5 Tbsp
6. Salt, ¼ tsp
7. Whipping cream, 500 ml
8. Oreo biscuits, 1 packet
___CHOCOLATE___
1. Cooking chocolate, 100g
2. Butter, 1 Tbsp (heap full)
3. Whipping cream, 5 Tbsp
Before I start, I'll use A B C figures.

+Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature
+Roughly dice up the cheese into mixer and add sugar as in Figure A.
+Slowly mix the batter till partially smooth
+Then heighten the speed of the mixer to max.
+Allow batter to be whipped till smooth and creamy as in Figure B.

+The eggs and flour prepared are as of Figure A.
+Add one egg at a time to the batter.
+Simultaneously add the flour gradually.
+Mix them at low speed as in Figure B.

+Add the salt and lemon juice as in the above to the batter.

+The batter should be smooth before left aside.

+The ingredients for the chocolate prepared are as in Figure A.
+Melt them over a double boiler as in Figure B.
** Do not burn the chocolate... It is darn bitter****I forgot the other half or the boiler, go ask your mummy-s**

+Cut the oreo biscuits into 4. I used knife, choose what you like - as in Figure A+When you're finished, you should have Figure B.

+Fill a bloody big bowl with 500 ml of whipping cream as in Figure A.+Whip them at max speed till all fluffy and doubled in volume as in Figure B
**Doesn't that love shape look cute**

+You should have the whipped cream and the batter as in Figure A+Slowly mix the cream into the batter till well incorporated as in Figure B
Preheat the oven at 180 Celcius

+Your incorporated batter and not-burnt chocolate should look like Figure A+Mix a quarter of the batter with the chocolate till well combined in Figure B
+Time to assemble
+The biscuit you did earlier is now firm as in Figure A
+Add a quarter of batter to the base and level it as in Figure B
+Assemble the cut up oreos onto the batter as in Figure C.
+Add a quarter of the batter above the oreos as in Figure A
+Add the chocolate batter and level it as in Figure B
+Add the remaining quarter of the batter and level it nicely as in Figure C
Tadaa you're almost done....
+Place a larger metal tray in the oven
+Now fill the tray with 1 1/2 cups of water.
+Can't fill it? GO FIND ONE so you can fill...
+Place the baking pan filled with batter on the water filled tray.
+Shut the oven door.
+Leave to bake at 180 Celcius for 15 minutes
+Then tune down to 150 Celcius for 30 minutes
+Off the oven and leave it to reach room temperature
+Freeze in in your freezer... The cake, not the oven...
Then?
Go and sleep.
